San Francisco Before Sunrise Before I started going to the main location, Tom and I pulled over to the side of the road in Sausalito to get this picture. The water was too blue and the colors were too interesting to drive on by! Driving from Petaluma to Napa I've made this trip a few times, but it is usually in the morning and on the way from Napa to Petaluma. This is usually the situation because I stay at my mom's house before going over to do a show with Leo Laporte. This time, it was the opposite (well, kinda... I didn't sleep with Leo), but I did the show first then drove to Napa to have dinner with my mom.Tom was with me, and we were on a sharp lookout for a good sunset situation. Old Forest in Yosemite When I was walking through this forest, we had a photowalk-of-sorts going on with a ton of people going here and there. It was sort of Ewok-like with all the activity. We’d all have to ask one another to hide behind trees and duck out of the way, since we were all criss-crossing our shots this way and that. Often times, the shot I really wanted to get required me to clamber up and over big fallen trees. There’s not really a graceful way to do this.
