New York City TravelSo this is my newest photo of Times Square. I return to this spot time and time again. The situation, light, cars, people, and billboards are always different, so it’s never a dull subject. It’s also always such a challenge to shoot that it keeps all my senses fully honed. In fact, I’m already thinking about going back to New York City for another photograph of Times Square!- Trey RatcliffClick here to read this entire post at the Stuck in Customs blog.
Disney Fantasy Cruise - Tunnel Vision Here is one more photo from the Fantasy! I've been going photo-crazy. Not only is the cruise kind of expensive, but the internet costs 75 cents a minute... so, many Bothans died to bring you this image! But... it is so amazing I wanted to share it ASAP.See those tubes there on the right and left? It's a huge waterslide that even extends out beyond the edges of the ship! Amazing... and that huge movie screen there? They play movies on it regularly... so you can relax at the pool while seeing something more interesting than what always seems to end up on my airplanes: Miss Congeniality 2.- Trey RatcliffRead the rest of this post at the Stuck in Customs blog.
The Road to Tomorrow I took this when I unexpectedly ended up spending a sunset alone. I was supposed to take an ATV over to another bluff to meet a bunch of paleontologists with whom I had spent the day unearthing a Hadrosaur from some Cretaceous mudstone formation. My forearms had never been so tired in my life after holding that hammer and pick for what seemed like endless hours of nerve-wracking excavation! After getting hopelessly lost on my ATV and having some mechanical troubles, I ended up near the border of Canada. Luckily, I had my camera equipment, so I slipped on my iPod and set up for the right moment.-Trey RatcliffRead the rest of this post at the Stuck in Customs blog.
