The Polar Extremes I’ve never been all the way to the North Pole or South Pole. I am curious, but I don’t think I’m into the extreme cold. Also, there doesn’t seem to be a lot of good photo ops for all the trouble you have to go through. So, anyway, this is about the closest I have gotten, up at the northernmost tip of the Northwest Fjordland of Iceland. Here is a wonderful little bridge in Bendemeer Estates. We went here on the final day of the last New Zealand photo adventure, and we’re going here again! :) I can’t promise the skies will be this good, but it will be interesting.I’ve been meaning to come back to this little island and bring a little picnic lunch.
