The more I thought about taking the photo, the more I liked it. There is something wonderfully formal and French and chateau-like about it… but there is also something amiss. You can tell, after a moment’s pause, that this is an old forgotten hallway where they stick random bits of furniture. And then it makes you think about the whole house – what’s going on here where formal things are moved haphazardly around? I feel like I’m capturing it in the middle of a decay cycle. http://www.stuckincustoms.com/2013/11/06/a-hint-of-disarray/
Jack’s Point in Queenstown I went out with Eden Brackstone the other night to take some photos. After he decided to wade callously into this crystal clear water and ruin the placid reflection, I had about five minutes to contemplate life while the ripples settled down. And then I took this one!Man, I do love this Sony NEX-7. And no, Sony didn’t pay me to say that or give me my camera…- Trey RatcliffClick here to read the rest of this post at the Stuck in Customs blog.
Wow this city is amazing. I have to go back soon!I found one of the tallest buildings and scooted my way around inside until I found an elevator to the top. On the way up, I was lucky to be on a glass elevator. I was as shocked as you when I saw that soccer field on top of a building! How cool! I'd love to get up there and play around with those guys. - Trey Ratcliff Click here to read the rest of this post at the Stuck in Customs blog.
