At night, all the colors of this little mountain town became much more intense. In the daytime, these were kind of a light powdery blue, but at night they seemed much more saturated and intense. When we went out to the small island off Vietnam called Phu Quoc, we spent pretty much every night in the water, watching the sunset. On another daily hike to the glacier, I came around the bend to see this. Besides the massive nature of the ice wall, I think one of my favorite parts might be those soft-looking giant marshmallows of snow along the bottom.
