We received an amazing invite from some friends from New Zealand to visit their apartment in New York to take some photos one evening. It was in a very unique location, and one of my favorite things about this angle is that it doesn’t even look like New York! Read more: https://www.StuckInCustoms.com
This is Nathaniel If you want to see how I made this (and how you can too!), visit my HDR Tutorial. I hope it gives you some new tricks!Nathaniel's dream is to get closer to God and to make sure his mom is happy.Nathaniel is currently four years old and carrying wood with his two sisters down a dusty cart-road in an unmarked Amish village somewhere between Allegheny and Tionesta, Pennsylvania. In pauses between talking to me, he looks sideways at his older sisters, who peacefully nod towards him. I tell him that he looks big and strong and then I help him carry the wood to his parents' home, where he lives with his other nine brothers and sisters.- Trey RatcliffClick here to read the rest of this post at the Stuck in Customs blog.
Wow, I love this photo so much! Ha! I usually don't say that about my photos, as you may know, but I do really like this one. It's another great example of that amazing compression you get from the Hasselblad. What's funny is I didn't actually have that much “Trey Time” in Venice. I was busy filming two new videos for most of the time then doing a workshop for the rest. At the end, I had One Free Day to go off and just wander. I went off wandering with my bestie Rene… we ended up in a beautiful area for some photos on our last night… and then we went and pigged out on sushi, my first non-Italian meal in like 3 weeks! Omg I was so bloated… and I think I still am! - Trey Ratcliff Click here to read the rest of this post at the Stuck in Customs blog.
