Wild Horses in Queenstown This is Max Patte’s latest creation. I saw them by accident while I was playing golf at The Hills here. I came over the hill to this little par 3 and I thought they were real! I was so shocked… it was a very strange reaction, actually. I’ll never forget it. It was surreal… and I love that feeling of not knowing if something is real or fantasy, and really getting lost, even if just for a moment.- Trey RatcliffClick here to read the rest of this post at the Stuck in Customs blog.
We had a lot of fun making mistakes with this helicopter. Those of you that know anything about remote control helicopters may see a vital flaw in the photo. This is embarrassing to say, but I'll go ahead and point it out. See that thing hanging down under the chopper? We thought that was the battery, and we were so confused why it just dangles below. There didn't appear to be any slot whatsoever, and it would just kind of shake around underneath while it was flying! So crazy. Only several days later did I figure out that the battery is inside, and that thing is just simply something you plug into it as a gateway so you can charge it!- Trey RatcliffClick here to read the rest of this post at the Stuck in Customs blog.
Bel in the Wind Have you been wondering who shot that incredible video we just released a few days ago? This girl! Bel Jones! (go to her website to see more about her and her own art! She followed me around for about a week to get all the footage, and then she edited it all together in just a few weeks to bring straight to you. I took this while we were up on a windy bluff on Deer Park heights.- Trey RatcliffClick here to read the rest of this post at the Stuck in Customs blog.
