See Audio Caption - "an abandoned game trail in China" Most of the photos you see of the Great Wall are from reconstructed bits. This is the actual part of the wall and it's amazing how nature is clawing it back under the earth. I walked along it for quite a long time towards the sunset. In many places, it was quite dangerous. I probably should not have been out here alone!
Stu and I had a really fun road trip on the way to Christchurch, where we took a flight down to the arctic. Along the way, we had a fun night here in Tekapo. There's actually an AMAZING sushi restaurant right by here… we stayed there a LONG time and ate a lot of sushi and had a lot of sake, then stumbled over to take this photo during an amazing sunset!- Trey RatcliffClick here to read the rest of this post on the Stuck in Customs blog.
I do this walk by my house a few times a week. This is about 5 minutes away and affords amazing views of the valley. I decided to make a panorama here with my new Hasselblad X1D. This is made up of 5 different vertical photos… stitched together in Lightroom, then adjusted with Aurora HDR. Well, you can see more in the video above! - Trey Ratcliff Click here to read the rest of this post at the Stuck in Customs blog.
