The Taj Mahal in Tokyo I was taking some architecture photos in downtown Tokyo when this advertising-truck went by. I thought it was so strange/funny to have this scene rolling through the city.It would be kind of awesome to find the opposite situation, but I think it is quite doubtful! - Trey RatcliffClick here to read the rest of this post at the Stuck in Customs blog.
Alone in the Death Star I’m sure the architects had fun with this building! In most ways, it’s a completely inefficient use of space. There is a large atrium with all sorts of strange catwalks and ramps and bridges that go from one useless place to another! But that is also what makes it very cool… almost Escher-like.This is from the Tokyo International Forum, and if you click on the Tokyo link below, you are sure to see many more photos from this place!- Trey RatcliffClick here to read the rest of this post at the Stuck in Customs blog.
Awesome Car in Tokyo
Tokyo has a bunch of cool cars all over the place. And look at that license plate! How do you get that number? Maybe you have to part of the Japanese mafia or something...I took this photo a long time ago but only recently processed it. In fact, I took it while we were doing the Tokyo workshop. Remember that thing? I only dedicate about 10-15% of my year to "teaching" stuff, since I am so busy with other things. This year I'm working on a bunch of different things to help this scale, however, since it is hard to be everywhere physically at the same time.- Trey RatcliffRead the rest of this entry at the Stuck in Customs blog.
