Toad Hall's Secluded Boulder Pool
Disney Fantasy Cruise - Tunnel Vision
Here is one more photo from the Fantasy! I've been going photo-crazy. Not only is the cruise kind of expensive, but the internet costs 75 cents a minute... so, many Bothans died to bring you this image! But... it is so amazing I wanted to share it ASAP.See those tubes there on the right and left? It's a huge waterslide that even extends out beyond the edges of the ship! Amazing... and that huge movie screen there? They play movies on it regularly... so you can relax at the pool while seeing something more interesting than what always seems to end up on my airplanes: Miss Congeniality 2.- Trey RatcliffRead the rest of this post at the Stuck in Customs blog.
The Private Pool at Hearst This is the second photo of this pool I have published. It’s from the other side — the wider side. How cool would it be to have a little party in here. Let’s set that up!- Trey RatcliffClick here to read the rest of this post at the Stuck in Customs blog.
Mystery Location - guess guess guess!
Well, the hint is that this is in Beijing. You guys are all so good at finding these secret spots that I probably didn't even have to give you that hint!

The Pool at the Traders in Kuala Lumpur This is an open-air area atop a beautiful hotel in KL. There’s an awesome pool and a trendy bar where you can have drinks and watch all sorts of sylph-like Euros make sinuous music-video-like moves in and out of the pool. This top level up here is a “spa” area with doors that lead of into little massage rooms, where, no doubt, other Euro sylph-like maneuvers are going on.- Trey RatcliffClick here to read the rest of this post at the Stuck in Customs blog.
The Pool That Taunted Me in Jogjakarta Can you believe that I looked at that pool every day and I never got in? It was there day after day… alluring and perfect… looking warm and fun… I would walk around it, admire it, take photos of it, pass it on the way to the spa… I did just about everything to that pool but get in. I thought about it a lot, for whatever that’s worth (a lot, actually, I have an active imagination). But next time I get there, I’m goin’ in… I think about what those little tiles will feel like slippin’ around under my toes… It’s gonna be great! - Trey RatcliffClick here to read the rest of this post at the Stuck in Customs blog.
The Grand Pool I've taken quite a few photos of the fabulous Hearst Castle indoor pool. This is the one that it is nearby, just outdoors. The thing is enormous and perfect. I wonder if it ever gets used. So sad. Maybe they put on little pool parties here and there for the elite. Or maybe rappers rent it out and bring in a bunch of rap-video-girls to gyrate around the edges. I don't know. - Trey Ratcliff Read the rest of this entry, including a recap of the recent London photowalk, here at the Stuck in Customs blog.
The Green Pool The northern island of New Zealand has a geothermal area in Rotorua called Wai-o-tapu that is filled with these strange places. One of the best things about these are the names... Various mysterious pits have names like the Devil's Throat, Hell's Gate, and Devil's Cauldron. You don't want to drop your cell phone in any of these. - Trey Ratcliff Read more and see a behind-the-scenes video here at stuckincustoms.com.
