The Secret Room, Deep in the Abbey Once you make it all the way up to the monastery at Mont Saint Michel, you have to pay to get inside and take the self-guided tour. It’s totally worth it, and you’ll be amazed by all the various rooms that are scattered throughout the interior. While walking around, Tom told me that there is an Assassin’s Creed level that is based on this place. I need to find that so I can run around it the way I really wanted to!- Trey RatcliffClick here to read the rest of this post at the Stuck in Customs blog.
The Underwater Cave of Mystery This is a very cool place! There are a thousand boulders that are stacked up all over The Baths area of Virgin Gorda. The beaches are actually separated where the boulders get really intense. This is one of those areas, and to get here, you have to duck and shimmy and slide around. Once you are here, however, you can wade deep into this cave and into other underwater caves beyond.- Trey RatcliffClick here to read the rest of this post at the Stuck in Customs blog.

Dining at Hearst
"You wanna see a secret passage?" the old security guard asked me.

"Are you kidding?" I asked.

And with that, he showed me how to get up into this area. It wasn't super-duper-secret, since this is how singers used to get up high to entertain the guests below.

I'm glad I'm not one of those people that has to choose who sits where in these big banquet events. I think people in these situations really get their nose out of joint if they don't get to sit next to so-and-so. But, if you're hanging out and dining in Hearst Castle, you have to look pretty hard to find something to complain about! :)

The Secret Church Who would have ever guessed that this immense, classically architected church is in the middle of Chicago, Il? It's quite amazing, isn't it?My friend Fiona took me here around the time of the Chicago book launch party. It is a great place place for all kinds of HDR photography. - Trey Ratcliff Read the rest here at the Stuck in Customs blog.
The Private Room It was a dark and mysterious set of serpentine stairs that brought us to this room. Where could it be? Who can identify it? You all are so hard to trick... None of these has ever stayed mysterious for more than 24 hours... but maybe, just maybe, we can have this one stay a mystery! And I know people zoom into 100% on these to look for clues... this one is a little messy at 100%, so I am a little embarrassed by that... I do figure that 98% of people look at it in the default "blog size", where it looks okay. - Trey Ratcliff Find out the answer here at the Stuck in Customs blog.
The Mysteries of Rodeo Drive I have a long-format piece coming up about something very cool in California. While I was putting together that whole piece, I made some time to get out at night for some HDRs. There's one very strange and mysterious store right in the middle of Rodeo Drive in Beverly Hills. Who can figure out what is happening in this photo? - Trey Ratcliff Read the rest of this entry, including some news on an upcoming long-format piece as well as a new print, at the Stuck in Customs blog.
