Fishing on Oahu The rugged coasts along Oahu make for some lay-up (as Tom calls them) photos. Everything is quite rugged and dramatic. But, even if it was not for the drama of the scene, I think this fisherman is extra-dramatic! I didn’t see anything actually caught, but I would think it would be some giant dramatic fish.- Trey RatcliffClick here to read the rest of this post at the Stuck in Customs blog.
Massive Storm hits Virgin GordaThis turned out to be one of my favorite spots on Virgin Gorda a few weeks ago. There is a long road that trails up and down the island. Along one side of the big mountain, there is a little spot where you can get this perspective. I went up there early to grab photos of the sunset, but I was greeted with the sight of a massive storm instead!- Trey RatcliffClick here to read the entire post at the Stuck in Customs blog. There's also a new video with my photography put to the music of Hans Zimmer.
The Falls of Yellowstone This is a very famous waterfall in Yellowstone National Park. I was there smack dab in the middle of the day, which is just about the worst time to take photos. So be it, Jedi.I got out the old trusty and handy 200-400mm lens to take a shot. It's not that big. It'll fit right in your back pocket. (BTW, see my Nikon 200-400 Review for more).- Trey RatcliffRead more here at the Stuck in Customs blog.
