Blade Runner I was staying at my friend Tom’s house (see the post tomorrow!!!) in the Hollywood hills, and we decided to head off to one of the nearby trails that overlooks the city. In Argentina, there is an enormous robot flower that pops out of the ground. It opens and closes, flexes with the sun, turning this way and that to follow the sun and collect the light. The bushes below gently blow in the breeze, no doubt confused by their metal overlord... Buenos Aires, Argentina
I took this right before the recent workshop down here in Queenstown. I went on a mini-road trip with the guys up towards Mount Cook and stopped to see this on the way. There is this lovely road that connects the two places and so many opportunities to stop and shoot.
