Here is one of the sketchiest areas of Tokyo, and one of my favorite to visit. When all the signs are flashing and all the crazy Japanese stuff is happening around you, it really feels like a parallel universe. This place does seem perfectly pleasant-Japanese until you start looking too closely at some of the signs.
Curious if you auto-focus fine tune your lens and bodies? When I've seen the purple-green aberrations, it's indicated a focusing issue. You might consider trying FoCal software. Not a plug, just sharing a great tool. I've tried LensAlign, but there is something about the auto-magic offered by the FoCal software. Only caveat, the Nikon tethered connection (via USB) does not allow for computer-driven auto-focus adjustment...each setting change must me done manually...fully automated on Canon's. ...Sorry, no Sony NEX-7 support.
