After living here in Queenstown for 10 years, I finally decided to do a hot air balloon ride. There were two balloons, and that was a nice surprise, as some of my best photos were of the other balloon. How cool is this little pirate cave? I was boating around a bunch of the smaller islands near Krabi, Thailand and came across this little cave. While in KL, we visited a few different mosques. One of the ladies from the Ritz-Carlton was with me and all women need to wear these cloak things. It’s one of those strange religious things that never make sense to me. I know Islam is a fairly patriarchal system, so I think little subtle requirements like this keep females a bit more subservient and less by forcing them cover themselves.
