Tracking Male Lions in Botswana

I didn't see a male lion until my fourth trip to Africa! I don't know why, but I kind of thought these guys would be all over the place. They're not endangered or anything, but they are quite elusive. Male lions are not as elusive as leopards or wild dogs, but they are quite hard to find. I had this amazing guide and he didn't mind me asking dumb questions. It turns out that male lions are hard to find because they basically sleep most of the day in tall grass, do nothing to help the kids, and, when they're not being lazy, they are thinking about being lazy.
