My first time in Papua New Guinea could not have been more crazy, and that's saying a lot after leaving a week at Burning Man. I think the thing that made it the craziest was having Choppy there. I'm not exactly sure, but she seems to somehow inject a level of insanity into every situation. And I love it! I've figured out one simple thing I like from my friends... to surprise me! I'm probably being a bit hard on myself, but I find this photo to be a little bit boring. I was just thinking... if some rando showed me this photo to critique... I'd probably be a bit harsh and say that it is rather boring. And, it's true! I don't know. Osaka was such a cool and vibrant city and this photo feels rather staid. This is officially the second place with Rene where he fell into the water. The first time was in Venice, and omg is that an epic story. He actually almost died there because it was the middle of the night. This time, he didn’t die, but he did get a little hurt in a funny way. He had the camera really low to the water and a wave came in and started to carry it away. He ran after it and slipped on the moss, making him land on his ass in a rather hilarious manner.
