Thanks again for meeting me at the Shanghai Photo Walk! What a fun event that was! It's great to meet so many enthusiastic photographers of all levels. Wow I can't believe how crowded the Bund was on this evening. We almost lost one another a few times… If I had known it was gonna be that crowded, I never would have chosen that spot… but it still worked out great. Thanks again! I tried to have a good attitude about it and embrace the romance and adventure of it, but not even my positivity to overcome a continually negative experience. Just over those dunes there in the distance was Algeria. I almost crossed over, but my guides there warned me it was a bit dangerous. Tianjin was a really cool city and I am a bit bummed out that I only spent two days here! But it's on my list for a return trip. You may remember this city from the crazy library photo I pasted a few days ago. I'd even like to go back to that library! They didn't let me use a real camera, so everything was done with my mobile phone. That worked out okay, actually, but I think if I go back in a few years that my mobile phone will be 4x as good! Anyway, this is the same Ferris wheel that you can see in the sunset shot from the video above!
