I started taking photos of all the different doors in this amazing city in Morocco because each one was completely new and perfectly maintained, in a rustic sort of way. It sort of reminded me of all the unique camps at Burning Man and how the creators take pride in all their creations. Anyway, my plan with all the door was to make some sort of collage or something that showed all the different doors in one photo. We decided to take one of the touristy river cruises one night at sunset. I usually don't do touristy things because I don't like being herded around like sheep, but this was really the only way to see the beautiful city from the river. Anyway, it was pretty fun, but also a little too long.. They served wine on the boat, but you were only allowed one glass. While in our crazy-long day here in this classic old city, we spent a chunk of it in this abandoned rubber factory. They would make shoes and all sorts of things with rubber back during the Communist days. I can't imagine how miserable a job that would have been! People complain about their jobs nowadays, but being a common worker in Communist Russia would not have been a joyride. Read more: https://www.StuckInCustoms.com
