This was an amazing start to our USA Tour! What better place to start than NYC and on the Brooklyn Bridge? It was great to see so many people out there. We actually got into a little bit of trouble when crossing the bridge because we had such a big crowd that we shut down a lot of the biking! We didn't think of that ahead of time... Before I started doing stuff exclusively with the Ritz-Carlton, I visited a few different Four Seasons around the world. Their one in Dubai had this really cool rooftop area where you can go relax at night. You don't want to relax there in the daytime or else you'll end up looking like a roasted pig. On one of the days of the Cayman Cookout event, there are about 12 different "booths" set up where they make their absolute best meal from their country. It's incredible and you get absolutely filled up with every possible food... then you have to go take a nap for a while because it's almost impossible to move!
