We took a boat over to Center Island (not the best name, Toronto) to get a view of the city at sunset. The island has had a lot of flooding lately, and getting over to the prime photo spots required getting ankle-deep in mud and muck. Toronto has the Adirondack chairs all over the place. I guess it's one of the "things" about that city. Anyway, a lot of them were stuck out in the flooding zone. I took this with my Pixel 3 phone. Incredible, right? At some point, I'm going to stop being amazed at all the cool photos I get with this incredible phone. I'm about to get the Pixel 4, which is supposed to be even better. Another interesting thing is that this girl wasn't even posing. That's how she was sitting when my friend Mark and I walked into the store together. I thought she was really beautiful and asked to take her photo... she was so cool and said, "Sure, why not?" On the way here, we had this strange female pilot. It was a little Cessna plane and I was sitting up where the co-pilot sits. She was getting up into the plane (it’s a long way up) and I offered her my hand to give her a boost up. She kind of snapped at me and said, “I’m not THAT old!” I was thinking… jeez lady, just being nice.
