This is one of my first drone shots when I was using the early versions that had a GoPro attached. It was very much a "Spray and Pray" situation because you never had any idea what the camera was actually seeing, as there was no live feed. But, I suppose it was a great way to learn because I got quite good at triangulating my own location along with the drone and the angle of the camera. While in Namibia, I really got into taking quad photos. As we were leaving this special area, I still had a bit of battery left, so Bel and I got it up to take a few photos that kind of sets the scene for the video we were working on. What a beautiful place. It's so far away from where I live, but I'd still like to go back with all my latest quad equipment! Deadvlei, Namibia
