The Textures Of Antarctica
What a wonderfully desolate place. In many ways, it was perfect for someone like me, who spends so much time alone and is very comfortable with it. I don't feel lonely or anything… and Antarctica IS only an “alone” place. Even if you happened to be near someone, it's still a place were everyone feels alone, but, strangely, together. And when you get out here on the main continent, camping for a few days, you really feel the isolation of everything.
