Of all the crazy things I did for the month I was in Antarctica, probably one of my favorite nightly rituals was a hike out on the ice fields. Sometimes those nights would go all the way into the morning. It's hard to tell since it's bright all the time and my watch was often under layers of coats! But it's a good place to let time drift away and take photos forever. - Trey Ratcliff Click here to read the rest of this post at the Stuck in Customs blog.
Here's another drone photo I got while in Hobbiton. I arrived early in the morning and had to get special clearance so I could do some flying. It was worth every second. I've been to Hobbiton about five times and was looking for a new perspective. - Trey Ratcliff Click here to read the rest of this post at the Stuck in Customs blog.
I love Australia, but I also feel like there are a lot of things there that can kill you. I don’t like that part about Australia. Here's a place I've always wanted to visit! I only was able to spend one afternoon here, but I'm keen to go back and get more photos. I actually got quite a few photos with the Quadcopter but haven't had time to go out and get them processed yet. Here's a fun fact… out there in the ocean is a “shark net” to make sure the sharks don't come eat humans. So, my word of advice is to stay on the beach-side of the shark net. Also, you should hope that sharks don't know how to jump nets. - Trey Ratcliff Click here to read the rest of this post at the Stuck in Customs blog.
