Every morning here near the Li River is different. I walked all the way up here one morning only to be surrounded by pea-soup the entire time! This time I woke up again at 4 in the morning to come up here to try again. This time, I was rewarded with some truly beautiful mists and foggy cloud layers that made everything feel like a dream!- Trey RatcliffClick here to read the rest of this post at the Stuck in Customs blog.
The Paris Opera I went by this building several times before I even thought about going in. For some reason, it never occurred to me that I might actually be able to go inside and take photos! Of course, I really wanted to go inside, so I was happy when Curtis told me that it’s no problem to get in there.Next time, I think I’d like to go on a private tour and get some special angles and whatnot. I did get in trouble for using my tripod, but not bad trouble. Just a little trouble. A little trouble ain’t so bad… - Trey RatcliffClick here to read the rest of this post at the Stuck in Customs blog.
Here is another recent photo from my trip to the desert. This was a very long exposure from a beautiful road in the Valley of Fire. Those glowing lights in the far distance? Those are the lights of Las Vegas, plainly visible even though it is still 60 miles away!- Trey RatcliffClick here to read the rest of this post at the Stuck in Customs blog.
