About four hours away from my home is Aoraki (Mount Cook), and every drive is completely worth it. This was one of the first times I went in the winter and I was not disappointed. It's almost impossible to get a bad photo there around there! The place reminds me a lot of Antarctica because it is so remote and raw.

If you end up coming to my Queenstown Photo Workshop then you're really gonna love this spot. It's one of my absolute favorites, and, honestly having a workshop is a pretty good excuse for me to get out here and shoot! The colors are out of this world, and simply walking around the gardens is quite relaxing!
