And here's another island sunset for you! Whenever I'm on islands, I forget how beautiful the sunsets are most of the time! This is one of my favorite shots from Koh Samui. We drove over to the other side of the islands to see the fishermen. The initial plan was to stay over by the docks, but then I altered that plan when I saw all the calm shallow water about ten minutes away. Hey, when it comes to government housing, it's hard to get more interesting than this! We had a long day running all around Hong Kong and exploring with my new friend Simon. He was a great local resource to show me some of his favorite spots. I think this was my final shot for the evening before we decided to go off bar hopping together! One of the first stops on the Americas tour was The Vessel here in New York City. My friend, The Professor Kenneth Hines got us some passes to go up at sunset. It was the perfect time with the perfect friend! If you are a Passport Member, then you might have seen this Behind-the-Scenes at The Vessel when some asshole guard came up to me and was quite rude about my tripod. I swear… I do actually respect rules, but I don’t like dudes on an egotistic power-trip. Yeah, big deal dude, it’s your job to walk around steps and make sure people don’t use three rods of carbon fiber to secure a camera. You’ve really arrived at your true calling, dude.
