I don't actually head up this road too much because I'm not much of a skier and snowboarder. If anything, I drive up it to go on little hike and take photos. It does give a pretty good overview of Queenstown, though. Queenstown is kind of right in the middle there and on the lower right an area called Frankton. Man, I was just looking at the metadata for this one to see where I took it exactly, and I realized it was with the Google Pixel 4 phone. Quite impressive, I must say. Man what a cool hotel! This is where I first learned to surf... not that I was great or anything. Also, I didn't learn to surf in that little fountain there. That would have been a lot safer than where I actually did learn. Man, I was surprised how dangerous it can be and how that surfboard can slap you in the head at any time.
