I didn't know what I was getting us into when I recommended we head down to this pier in Toronto to take sunset photos. It turns out there was a MASSIVE party going on called Caribana. We were arriving just as the party was ending... and, let me tell you, we were absolutely the only white people there. But that's totally cool. They seemed to really accept me into their community. This area around the World Trade Center Memorial in New York City is absolutely beautiful. There are great shots in every direction. This particular one is taken along the windows at the big museum there. I didn't go into the museum... although now I wish I would have because I had a bunch of people tell me online that it's quite an experience inside! Next time! New York City, New York
Early one morning, I had a new friend take us over to Humber Bay Park East to get a view of the sunrise. There is a lovely little walk there along the lakefront. We got up like at 4:30 AM and headed out there... I didn't expect to see many other people, but we saw about a dozen or so around the track. It's also cool that this place, as remote as it is, is actually connected to the main city of Toronto through a running and biking track. Read more: https://www.StuckInCustoms.com
